Beautiful antique 19th century French blue opaline glass pitcher hand-finished in a vibrant robin's-egg turquoise with a classic molded collar band, graceful spout, and sturdy applied C-handle. The base features an authentic raised swirl/script mark factory mold identifier, typical of Portieux-Vallerysthal and other 19th/early-20th-century French makers). Perfect as a decorative creamer, wine jug, or petite vase. The characteristic glossy opaline glow will make a lovely, collectible example of antique French opaline glassware! This piece has been repaired and has a small chip near the handle, I have tired to take detailed pictures, please see photos for up close view or message me for any other close photos you may like.
